I am always amazed that with so many south Asians in the UK that more donât come through. You would see so many kids cricket playing in parks etc. England produce spinners that would need corrugated iron to find a bit of turn.
Seeing Stokes and Bairstow make a game of it wonât change that. If England are all out for 200 Australia will coast home.

Australia will have 281 to chase down to win. 282 was the Australia target in the famous Edgbaston test in 2005 when they fell 3 runs short.
England got some useful runs there at the end. They are about 30 or 40 runs light it would seem.
They might regret not leaving Root in to flog Australia all over the ground when his eye was in in the first innings.

By my count, Australia have made 15 chances in the game and taken 12 of them.
England taken five of their 10 chances in the field.
Meanwhile, Alex Carey took nine of his 10 opportunities behind the stumps, Jonny Bairstow is on just one from five so far.
England have been sloppy with bat, ball and catching throughout this test.
Still in with a shout though, need a wicket or 2 before close
