One of the most cringe inducing moments ever in Fair City as they all gathered around Barry in a show of solidarity and then Malachy comes down and puts the symbolic hand on his shoulder, as if to say “I know I’m not a priest anymore but I’m still in touch with God and he says that he forgives you”.
