The Official Irish and british Lions Tour 2013

He was excellent in first half in fairness

Just tuned in, the conditions are dire alright. Are Queensland playing a strong team?

Missing 2-3 front liners, but still a team they’d use in Super Rugby.

Full side other than absent Aussies.First half was superb but change in conditions have affected game

Fair enough, tiredness maybe.

10 points in it now, game over.

Rocko he got it wrong there, trust me on this one son, I know what I’m talking about

A really tough game and it should stand to them. North, Bowe and Gray really put their hands up for the test jersey. I don’t the all welsh backrow covered themselves in glory. Stevens, Parling and Lydiate were anonymous, Hogg was poor as well, the gulf in class between Sexton and Farrell is huge. God help us if Jonny gets injured.

Eh you clearly don’t. There’s a difference between a referee getting a decision wrong and a bizarre statement that a referee doesn’t understand a basic rule.

He didn’t understand a basic rule there, maybe he got caught up in the heat of the moment, other than that the ref done well.

My test team as it stands.
I haven’t seen a thread about this, only one got to do with britain. The last time I looked Ireland wasn’t a part of britain, so could we all just drop the other thread, Thanks lads.
I’m sure we will have the rugby of Dan, Larry, Mac, MBB, Kev and Puke contributing here, I look forward to your input. I hope the casual fans like Bandage, Sid and DB will join in as well.
The Lions test team will be dominating by Irish and Welsh with probably one token english player added in. Looking forward to the match today and the rest of the Tour.:clap::clap:
On a point of order surely this isn’t the official tour but rather an unofficial thread about the official tour?

Django packing his bags as I type this…

What has he done to merit the call up, Fagan?

Marvellous to see Zebo called up, he could make a late charge for a test spot. Cuthbert was badly exposed yesterday. Team named for midweek match, safe to say O’Connell, halfpenny, Adam Jones and Warburton are on the test team.

Zebo has a lot to do to make test team

Bowe not ruled out as previously thought.Had operation and could be back in two weeks.

Would have like to have seen Warburton start on Tuesday. Players trained v hard last week so perhaps explained why they looked to be struggling for fitness yesterday.

Warburton was shite yesterday. He needs to put in a massive performance on Sat to justify a test selection. A back row of Heaslip, Tipuric and either SOB or Croft is far more balanced.
