Nothing else really fits.
There is a Loki Season 2 on the way. So the season could just end with a cliffhanger reveal.

Well certainly all roads lead to Kang eventually. Likely that Season 2 feeds directly into Quantumania (brother).
Possible that the Citedel/Void/TVA are all located in the Quantum realm.
They have to be outside the timeline anyway. Quantum Realm is the most “likely” explanation.
More Richard E Grant is needed, in everything.
I wouldn’t rule out a possible King Loki in the citadel being Richard E Grant.
