Single or double drawer?

Iā€™m guessing @Juhniallio will be suffering buyers remorse by the end of the day.

Chop up spuds as well and olive oil small bit of mayo and spices mix together and fire in the ninja for 20 mins be savage

Chicken fillets marinated in anything and 15 mins or so yoil get the crisp and moistness of BBQ chicken

You put mayo on them before cooking? Interesting

Thanks Gil. That was worth sifting through the dross posts from the likes of @Little_Lord_Fauntleroy to get the sort of targetted advice im looking for.

Noā€¦it is the fads thread after all. Juat stay the fuck out of the air fryer thread

Air fryers are no fad. It would be like calling a smartphone a fad.

Once you have one you will never live without one again.

a handy relatively healthy snack for kids is to get a wrap, put some pasta sauce on it, some grated cheese and whatever meat theyā€™d like (chicken, ham etc), and if theyā€™d do peppers or onions or other toppings, wrap the ends and roll it and put it at 180 for 8 mins. Like a pizza wrap then. Quick and easy and no mess.

The missus went off and purchased one of these very recently. I havenā€™t had a go off it yet - like @Juhniallio my thoughts would immediately wander to the noble sweet potato and the kumara fries I fell in love with in NZ. She seems to view the air fryer as a replacement for all other cooking methods though - the oven, the microwave, the outdoor gas grill will all become redundant. As an example of this she even chucked a meal-for-one chicken korma and rice tray Iā€™d picked up from Centra the other night directly into it on my behalf (and without prior consultation, I might add).

Is this mad carry on? I know you can do rice different ways but I would be a firm believer that it should never be crunchy.
