Don’t worry mate, that’s only temporary. With climate change we’ll be able to grow grass to feed cattle all year round.
And reopened officially as of today. The best market for calves in donkey years as well.
Magnificent stuff here from @KinvarasPassion
Beautiful animals. We used to keep shorthorns years ago but they went out of fashion to the Charollais/Limousine/Belgian Blues.Great to see them back in the countryside
The beef ones make mega money at the Stirling bull sales. Huge animals that you have to push out of the way. Lovely animals as you say
I don’t know how he does it. Keeping Praveen’s nose to the grindstone, camogie, set-dancing classes, Nogra meetings, nursing home visitations, mowing and baling for elderly bachelors, following the hurlers etc.

I don’t know how you do it

Interesting.
Savage heavy dew this morning. It’s great to see cattle so content and silage all baled up in ideal conditions. The difference a bit of sun makes is incalculable.
Good weather and good prices for stock, hard to bate
And the 20k the government pay farmers to destroy our rivers and planet
The sun helps man and beast.
