Accusing a professional of negligence and incompetence and causing physical harm to the welfare of those they are charged with look after is most certainly slander, particularly when it is made without a single iota of proof.

You might as well shut down the forum so - Coaches/trainers and everyone else are being called out in that manner here for yearsā¦If a team is not performing or is rocked with a number of injuries than all aspects of the background team are going to questioned and judged - that goes hand in hand with sport. Trainers are judged on results ffs, and always will be. The Cork team were not physically up to it and were rightly questioned. The Limerick team were not physically up to it and the trainer was lambasted here by a number of partiesā¦ And by not preparing your players properly, you are sending them out to get injuredā¦
Accusing someone of fraud is a different story.

Accussing someone tasked with the fitness of a player and injuring them and āabusingā them is not criticism, itās an accusation of negligence.

If I was a fellow doctor and I got to sit in on the session with the patient then iād be a position to judge the other doctor.
In the same way as if I was an S&C coach and I saw what another S&C was doing I would be in a position to criticize ā¦ not that you can compare the two situations.

You seem to be ignoring allegations that a trainer was responsible for injuring players and abusing them without any proof whatsoever being put forward.
If Kev, is in a position, as you say, to call these matters it makes it worse. Another doctor would be extremely careful about calling out a peer on malpractice if he did not have any evidence to back it up.
Kev has used this forum as a platform for that, he had identified a person and said he was negligent in his job, abused and caused injuries to those whose welfare he was tasked with protecting. If you can not see that is a very serious attack on the reputation of a working peer then you must be extremely dimwitted.
