AFAIK there’s a memorial near glencar/ Glenbeigh

There is a plaque for him up on the wall in Kilmallock as well. On O’Rourkes wall I think.

Kilmallock certainly, but definitely saw a cross or memorial in Glenbeigh I think

Yes correct

Important to remember all these men/ women, great to see a woman of 103 laying a wreath, hope it continues

Nice lady.

She is that. We know a good few of her family in here near us

Some woman

Anyone know where I can get a copy of the letter the GGA sent after 1916

The RIC men stationed in the Barracks that night were hardy fuckers, the place burning and falling down around them and they wouldn’t surrender, eventually prevailed

The passenger must have gone through the roof with him

What’s this mate?

The GGA sent a letter to the British authorities after 1916 distancing themselves from the rising. Also sent a letter asking for tax breaks

Ah yeah I remember. The lies they tell on their association with the Rising are gas.

What do you think of Paul Rouse? He’s an Irish shinty fan but is quite balanced.
