5 metres wide for a greenway?

“pristine woodland” but no one’s allowed look at it

Bizzare take.
Here’s a pristine, undisturbed woodland. I should be entitled to put a road through it.

@Little_Lord_Fauntleroy saying people shouldn’t cut their lawns until June and at the same time demanding a CPO to put a road through what looks to be a very diverse eco system

no road planned mate - a footpath is planned

love how the farmers are all against the nature restoration law yet cry custodians of the land to stop this, all those fields look like biodiversity free zones

the muldoon “cecil” has a field that is cut all the time ffs

A cycle path.

One field for cutting silage and others that look to have plenty of scrub and cover.

The man who complains about the importation of animal feed is now complaining about the natural, sustainable alternative.

i complain about livestock mate - not whats feeding them

“Lets cut through more land and knock down trees so I can have a nice cycle every few years”

I’m hugely in favour of restoration and long argued against the EU enforced practice of making farmers clear unproductive (i.e. natural scrub, cover, marsh etc) areas of land.

I had to drive from Caherdavin to Roxboro twice yesterday. Late morning and early afternoon. I took the scenic route which avoids tolls but not cycle lanes.

In all my driving, guess how man cyclists I met on route. Yes, zero.
There’s something not right somewhere in all this.
