What’s the back story here? Can’t read the article

Amy Broadhurst is on the brink of switching her boxing allegiance to the United Kingdom in a bid to fulfil her childhood dream. Shes heatbroken over it.

The loss of the Dumb Post rating makes me sad when I see posts like this

I reckon I’ll pick up a nice post there.

She lost the national final last year and then lost some other qualifier controversially so IABA not sending her. Her father is English so she qualifies for UK (boxed for NI in Commonwealth Games I think).

Can’t fault her for trying if she feels she’s been treated unfairly I guess

Not certain but I think her natural weight is taken by Kellie Harrington. She was beaten by Grainne Walsh in Nationals. Walsh was robbed recently by dodgy judging of Olympic qualification. I presume Walsh has been selected for last chance saloon qualification in May

It needs a bit of work alright, I was there for the RWC and thought it was very tired looking inside.

Hugo Keenan to return to the Ireland 7s squad ahead of the Olympics.

He’s set to miss the URC play-offs with Leinster and Ireland’s tour of South Africa as he joins the bid for a gold medal in Paris this summer

More Paris porn on RTE 2 now with the great John Kenny.

JK must be bored as fuck.

John has declared its just gone past midnight Paris time. John seems a bit all over the shop

John is completely all over the shop. A German long jumper has a world Paralympic record of 8.73m or something like that. John tells us that Mike Powell’s Irish record is 8 mins 95cm. And that Powell is 0.23 of a cm ahead of the German lad.

Mike Powell is the brother of Brendan Powell who won the Grand National in 1988 on Rhyme ‘N’ Reason.

Both brothers were very into the jumping.
