Like most major inventions, the short term benefits of AI will be completely overstated, but the longer term benefits will be understated. You are seeing a lot of companies rushing immature applications of AI to try and be on trend, but once these are refined and we see some major players emerge itās going to be an absolute game changer.

Iām pretty sure Cheasty was mocking Flakeaway there
No, I do think Zidane was overrated compared to what heās written up to be. Brilliant at his best, but too fleeting and quite inconsistent at club level.
Ya.
Jude Bellingham is already on 12 league goals for Real Madrid this season. The only time Zidane reached double figures in a league season was when he scored 10 goals for Bordeaux in the Farmerās League in 1992/93.
Bellingham is playing in an era where the best teams are basically stockpiling all the best talent though. More so than ever before. You wouldnāt get a David May at Man City now like. Loads of great old European clubs are totally decimated.
Zidane played at Juventus and Real Madrid who stockpiled the best talent.
Donāt think its to the degree it is now though, France, Germany same team wins the league every year. Spain, its Barca or Real. In Zidaneās era, youād brilliant Ajax, Valencia, Deportivo, Marseille teams et cetera, that is all gone. The top clubs all have 23 players of a similarish standard imo. It was much more egalitarian. Youād see brilliant guys all over Europe watching Champions League 20 to 25 years ago. Premier League money has fucked that really.
Stats wise, Eden Hazard is similar, but then youād watch him play and he was the fulcrum of the whole team with every attack going through him.
I mean this sincerely now. Go away and boil your head. You too @FlakeAway
Zidane and Bergkamp were overrated. Fuck me
Heād score 25 and assist 25 per season in the modern game. Quicker pitches, different ball, different reffing, VAR now, Heād be chipping the ball onto fellas hands for fun every match.
