You need to remember that horses are different to humans.
I’ll bear that in mind. I’d certainly hope they don’t shoot a human if they were to suffer a broken leg.
A horse is carrying massive weight on nimble legs you fucking eejit. A clean leg break is unrecoverable.

Tbf it’s a bit convenient, if the horse had served its purpose, they can be expensive to keep…
