How are Tottenham still included in this draw?
They didn’t fulfill a fixture and UEFA have stated that it won’t be refixed. WIth Vitesse a couple of points ahead of them, how can there be any scenario of them advancing without the game being played?

This is a winnable competition for Celtic. I’d put us in the top 10 teams of the 24 remaining, some shrewd transfers could really set us up for a tilt.
Spuds were probably the best team on paper in it.
Outside of Roma, Leicester, PSV, Marseille and Rennes I don’t think there is any team in it who is notably better than Celtic.
