Dont know if there is a more appropriate thread but feck it. Have been having some knee pain since the new year where my left knee hurts anytime I bend it. Can anyone offer any advice? I’ve been told that it could be as a result of tight quads/hamstring. If it continues I’m gonna have to fork out stupid money to a physio.

Have the same problem, pain on inside of left knee. Usually feel it about the 5 mile mark. Have started doing quad strengthening exercises and it seems to be helping.

I would have thought strengthening the quads would have had the opposite effect? What stuff do you do?

I see Irish rugby legend Gordon D’Arcy is behind formschool.ie along with his missus. I wish them ever success in their fitness venture. It is about time we had actually Pilates in Dublin and not people doing planks and sit ups calling it Pilates
