my back is fine for 10 months of the year… Anyway, im doing it to challenge myself… I like a good work out for the dolphins.

12 hill sprints done… Will have a slice of cake for recovery.

Yep, 1000 miles seem to be doing the trick. Not sure about the runners. Have over 500 miles done in them, Strava is saying to change them. The brand are grand but should go up a half size at least I think

You have an app to tell you your runners are worn out?

Yep. Hard to get the head around needing a new pair though. Only got them in early May.

Bout 6-700km is all you’ll get.

I went into a race before with a pair of trail runners that were very well worn after 500km. Threw them in the bin at the finish line.
