Apart from your thumb up your hole, anyone know how to treat a burst blister between toes? Between this little piggy had none and wee wee wee all d’way home on the little toe. Thanks
Compeed blister plasters are magic. Like a second skin

Feet finding increased mileage rough? Did you sort out some decent socks?
Yep, 1000 miles seem to be doing the trick. Not sure about the runners. Have over 500 miles done in them, Strava is saying to change them. The brand are grand but should go up a half size at least I think
You have an app to tell you your runners are worn out?
God be with the days when folk would wait till the sole was worn down .
The soles are beginning to wear down tbf
And I was just about to log this in the Business Ideas thread. Back to the drawing board.
Change now and start breaking them in
Yep. Hard to get the head around needing a new pair though. Only got them in early May.
Bout 6-700km is all you’ll get.
I went into a race before with a pair of trail runners that were very well worn after 500km. Threw them in the bin at the finish line.
I bet the app also gives a handy link to place where he can buy some new ones
