The Race for a Vaccine. The Road to Demaskus

Don’t underestimate yourselves after achieving so much to date

Yes

Let the vaccine program take it’s course .we don’t need putting more pressure on our health service with a numbers game . Next year is written off .people should just accept that now and relax

Never give up on summer.

Be only 1.5 million vaccinated by then and half of those will have to reschedule for another vaccine in late summer .

Jumping ahead of the EU, the brits got a bashing for doing the same with Pfizer last month

For a small number in the goverment the Greens have got a great return for their demands so far

Europe won’t approve AZ in January according to the EU medical boyos. We’ll see what our glorious leader Merkel thinks of that.

As the only ones to approve the UK will presumably get all of AZs stockpile now, it being much easier to transport and store they could ship it out to GPs and Pharmacists. They’ll have a serious dent made in it by the end of Feb

This was the Germans hurrying them along after the EMA said that.

From what I’ve heard to date I’d sooner get the Pfizer Biontech one or the Moderna one than the AZ one.

Ya the clinical trial doesn’t sound too hectic.

I’d take my chances with COVID over that vaccine

I know the publicare angry because my da was talking about this over Christmas.

Well it’s not like you’d be leaving the house anyway

Ah lads - this would be funny if not so serious

Well hopefully if it does, they don’t decide to leave the vaccines in the fridge and decide to administer them to other at risk groupings.

But that might seem like a little too much work for them.

Any word on yearly top-ups yet…?
