boohoo.
We live in a world of checks and balances, our lives are not dictated by " well it looks like he did it".
It’s easy to take shots at a barrister for doing his job because it doesn’t sit right with you but it is a job that has to be done in order to live by the rule of law which is what we choose to do in this society.
He didn’t help Graham O’Dwyer with the appeals he helped make sure that the Gardai were only obtaining evidence by lawful means.

That kind of emotive moralizing is irrelevant on every level really. No one willingly wants loved wans hurt… the law is the law if they are. The anguish and hurt is yours alone.

There was a Sky doc on recently where a young girl from England was murdered over in NZ after a tinder date. Defence was rough but consensual. Seems to be the go-to defence for these vermin.

Yep, his defence is that she consented to having her tampon wedged in so far that a doctor had to remove it.

Unfortunately it’s her word against his. She might get a pay day but the criminal case that people want won’t materialise.
