They have already admitted consensual āroughā sex took place, not sure DNA is needed.

What happened with the case in the US where he was accused of rape or assault in the disabled toilets at a concer/fight venue?

She had copious amounts of drink and drugs in her system. She didnt present until a number of hours after the supposed assault.
Thereās probably enough there for a top defence team to obliterate her claims
Iām assuming there was no texts or calls to anyone post event claiming she was raped ? or weād have heard.
Iām not really following so apologies if ive missed stuff but it would appear a person got wasted, went home and then the next morning claimed she was rapedā¦ thatās the cold hard way the DPP would look at it. Itās not about likely events- itās about likely outcomes unfortunately. Law and order are not necessarily concerned with innocence and guilt, thatās for a court to decide. They are interested in building a solid case.
Two points in that:
Firstly Remy Farrell would have the reputation of being a top class defence barrister so itāll be interesting to see how he gets on here
Secondly - I was under the impression that consent could not be given if a woman was clearly intoxicated - how does that not apply here?

Iāve no idea. Were they both off their heads and judged as such or will the onus always be on the mental state of the woman solely?
Iām only following the case on here through @Arthur and @jellyfish so not meaning to come across as an authority on events.
What kind of payout is he looking at if found guilty? Hopefully a couple of mill and a rake more cases materialise.

Iām not sure about the consent bit and when or if it was given, but things certainly got out of hand judging by the state the girl was in when she presented to the Rotunda. I doubt she consented to that.
