Is it possible that the Circuit Civil Court can only hear an equivalent case to it’s criminal counterpart? Hence the use of the term assault.

A rape trial, if it were to proceed, would be heard in the Central Criminal Court and as far as I am aware there is not a civil equivalent of this court.

Just a thought. Could be wrong.

Apres McGregor snorting his lines, the Twitter deluge of his bots and trolls.

Musk will surely be in soon to fellate him.

What’s the 60 and 188 about?

Have McGregor’s numbnuts supporters yet remarked that the news of the verdict came in on the evening of a Friday the 22nd of November? Six days after his favourite female fighter was fighting in Dallas?

All part of the conspiracy!

The €248k in total damages awarded to Nikita Hand were split between €60k (general) & €188k (special). I dunno the specifics of what was covered within those terms.

This is my question. My other question is whether you can legally call him a rapist after a civil action.

Well the jury believed her, what do vaccines or migration have to do with it?

A jury of his peers found him liable when a case was brought against him of sexual assault and rape. This wasnt like a car accident where you have potential culpability and a portion of blame. He either raped or he didnt. The jury found he more likely than not did. Ergo a jury who listened to all evidence have deemed him a rapist.

The big thing there is … more likely than not. That’s pretty much no man’s land.
In a criminal case it’s guilt beyond reasonable doubt.

You do know you can be done for perjury if you lie on the stand having taken the oath in either criminal or civil proceedings?

I suppose it must be an absolute black or white question you either can or you can’t. If media are still calling him one in a day or two it must be legally ok

Yeah, I kinda meant the criminal trial with the threat of jail time etc might have been taken more seriously.

His whole story seems to be completely made up.
