pun intended in the title:D
Heard a cracking programme on the radio about our national cake
basically said that its popularity rocketed after the 2nd world war and peaked in the 70’s as it was used in a lot of fundraising drives in
however with H&S rules these kind of drives fell off but somehow the Lammington is back in fashion
they are really popular in hipster cafes and the bakery in Toowoomba makes a million cakes a year
anyone care to speculate why they are popular again?

Easy to make and keeps the kiddies happy. Can’t stand them myself. Coconut, yyeeeaaarrrgggghhh.
Here, TWCB, what are your views on Vegemite? I think its a cross between tar and liquorice, neither of which I particuarly enjoy.

Mate, have a look at this (starts a bit boring, but stay with it) - Amanda Palmer from the Dresden Dolls singing about Vegemite. Brilliant.
