Me, Iād hire @Corksfinedtboy for 3 weeks to sand and paint the pine that has taken over the place.
Ceilings, doors, skirtings and architraves - the lot. It would immediately brighten the place to a very acceptable standard. Thereās a few other bits and bobs that could be rectified for small money. I mean, after expending ā¬1600 to Corkie for labour and materials youād be a long way with another grand.

My buddy from Shanbally did Rory the golfers kitchen up north a few years back near Hollywood Co Down afaik and the money spent on it would buy a 3 bed semi down here now, for me thatās disgusting

Not sure in terms of how many bogs but it certainly exports peat and coal

No idea, but I reckon the organiser of the yacht that collected the ships ābriquetteā drop while en route to Castletownbere could afford to lose financially on the peat
