Not sure about O’Driscoll but you’re certainly correct with regard to O’Connell. He would have been lazily floating around the midfield, knocking the ball on. While Saturday was a friendly, it’s not a surprise to me to see a Devin Toner powered pack deliver the goods where O’Connell repeatedly failed.
