You’d struggle to concuss him I’d say. He’s lacking one of the requirements

Ah right. Wasn’t aware they are so rare

Incidentally. Pretty much all of Hartley bans are for offences against irish lads. The only major ban he got otherwise was for abusing a ref.

And @thedancingbaby he didn’t get a red for any of the offences against irish lads bar last week. The rest were on citings. He’s a quare hawk

Was the ref Irish?

No Wayne Barnes. Funny sequence of events. Worth a watch. This was his biggest fuck up

Frano is some man. He knows as much about hamstring injuries as he does about brain surgery. For a successful and wealthy man it is an awful decision to make that you want to be the next George Hook

That’s because the game is unregulated and not policed properly - Lads are allowed target another players head to inflict a concussion on him - Disgusting, vile sport.

Are you not an NFL and UFC fan kid?

Anyways happy Xmas ho ho ho now zip it

Yes - What have NFL and UFC got to do with what I said? - This should be good

Well UFC is actually not recognised in this country due to its lack of rules and safety mechanisms

NFL is the market leader in head on head collisions.

Your a riddle wrapped in an enigma soaked in bile kid.

Talk soon hun x

You can’t go near anyones head in NFL - Yes it happens but you are penalized … It’s part of rugby culture to purposely target an opponents head to inflict injury - That goes against the NFL code. Purposely going out to injure someone in NFL is despised and there has been uproar this year after two particular incidents where players were adjudged to have purposely set out to injure someone even tho their tackle was within the rules — No one speaks out in rugby. It is acceptable to go out and hurt someone and inflict a brain injury on them - @caoimhaoin held this up as some sort of badge of honour last week. It’s no wonder a lot of parents refuse to let their kids play the game, it’s barbaric.

Rugby teams definitely need to keep the gyms open

@ Rugby football followers, is the Leinster game tomorrow night in the RDS or Aviva? I’ve seen both venues mentioned on different sites.

Aviva

Is he not a finance salesman with Renault or some such? And a media pundit. Not exactly minted like a Chartered Accountant might be for example.

He owned a big car finance firm I believe. Had sole agency with ICC and possibly even BOSI when they took that over.

I asked a fella who would know because I assumed he was potless, he has that look about him. But apparently not no…made a lot of money over the years.

Yep.he would be fairly broke

Took a few days to think about it after last weekend and iv had a reasonably big punt on them to win the competition. Still not convinced they will but at 12 -1 they are serious value. I am hopeful they will win comfortably today and I think could end up with home QF.

They are a very good side now. Watched last weekends game again the other night and they were in complete control from the word go. Biggest concern for me is the massive drop off in quality from either of first choice half backs if anything happened to them. But as it stands close to best half back pairing in the competition. Good depth across the entire pack too.

Amazing turnaround really. Their defence is sensational. 98% tackle completion rate las the week. BOD was on BT during the week and he said in his entire time playing he never saw someone hitting that number before. Tigers aren’t great really but they are still 4th in the premiership
