Yeah, a 2/3 year window to win it and they did. They were proper hard and at the time the auld timers loved to see them coming.

Was only talking to a man about them the other day, said they were the only team that could physically match or better Toome during those years.

Yep they had Toomes number alright. Would have won in 97 also only for the greatest comeback I ever saw by Clonoulty in the SF.

Ya remember hearing that.

Clonoulty stole that off two teams so.

Plenty of sashes on show.

There was a bit of thought put into that one, in fairness. Some of those efforts over the years have been very tacky.

Where is it from?

Only common trend I see is that the Kilkenny jersey looks just as hideous no matter the century or decade.

From a chap up in Derry. Found him on Twitter. Took around 2 weeks from buying to getting.

Sound. I might have come across him before. Does he make hurls as well, if it’s the chap I’m thinking of?

Don’t know chief

The Most Iconic Jersey… that never was…
Big Jack put a stop to it.

That is savage.

Interesting the two finals in the 50s required away jerseys (Munster jerseys essentially) for Tipp and Cork.
