Thatā€™s not a great KK team. Tipps to lose

Paul Durcan was given an All Star the year he cost Donegal the final by tapping the ball out to Donaghy. Thereā€™s some bizarre ā€œlogicā€ around kick-outs.

The top of Derekā€™s head is scalded.

Eddie couldnā€™t keep a straight face saying that Tipp are slight favourites

Everything is coming back to defending his own tactics with McGrath

Itā€™s Walter Walsh * ffs

*pron Welch

Durcan was ā€œforcedā€ into making a mistake made, there was little he could do about itā€¦or so we are led to believe.

Brendan Maher and Breen need to have big games for Tipp to win.

Did the Waterford manager have his hands handcuffed under the table or something?

Tipp probably arenā€™t going to win

I see Cummins has JJ Reid starting midfield. Another Cody surprise

PJ, TJ, JJ - all motm in AI finals? Was DJ too?

I got my ticket for next Sunday today, but after that cunt Small Man McGrath tipped KK i donā€™t think iā€™ll bother me hole now.

  1. Puckout Analysyis

ā€œI would like to put on record, it was the greatest display of puckouts everā€¦ā€

Only one man can be in question here; Donal Ɠg Cusack. The former Cork goalkeeper developed a reputation for himself as a hurling analyst by constantly speaking about puckouts. Puckouts can be a bigger part of a game than people think, but the extent to which they are now being analysed is ridiculous.

There are far more important parts of a game of hurling then puckouts, and quotes like the one mentioned above are over emphasising a small part of the game.

they have some excellent soccer analysts - Brian Kerr, Ritchie Sadlier and Stuart Byrne, he was excellent again last night and every Tuesday on OTB, id like to see him piloted for the CL coverage but it may be too box office for him,

"9. Man Of The Match Awards For Free Takers

There are times when this can be justified, particularly in a poor game where the free taker has the biggest bearing on a result. However, it is crazy that when somebody hasnā€™t seen a game live, the Man Of The Match may often not even feature in the highlights.

Free taking is important, it should not be taken for granted, but players like Cillian Oā€™Connor and Patrick Horgan get Man Of The Match at times despite contributing little or nothing from play."

I think he stole it from Philly Larkin in 2000

More horseshit about kickouts in the GAA Hour Podcast. Senan Connell going on about Dublin winning 7 out of 12 kickouts that went beyond the '45 being ā€˜outrageousā€™. Barely over 50%. You could throw on any football game from the 1970s where the ball was toed up into the sky and you would see a return as good as that.

Senan Connell is a simpleton.
