We won 3 Leinsters in a row in the 00âs but the best players havenât really come through as they should. We got Kingston, JOL, but that was about it. We lost Zach and Meredith who is abroad again now. The conveyor stopped because Sean Dempsey stepped up to the Senior job and was never replaced and funding dropped. Dempsey should have been asked to step back down after but wasnât. He wasnât up to the big job but was very good with Dev squads.
