The Saturday/Sunday Game Thread

Waiting for the Laois Carlow play off next week it seems. In all fairness they could’ve easily over come that.

The highlights package of the second game looked like they just sent Marie out with an iPhone.

Like most of the league on Tg4 then. One lad on the sideline and one at the back of the stand, with an iPhone 4s apiece.

How? If Laois win that, they have to be kept away from Offaly and Westmeath.

“GAA Nua”.

RTE really are struggling for names for their annual, short-lived “GAA magazine programme”, given they’ve gone through about 13 of them since Breaking Ball was cancelled in 2004.

That Tiernan McCann goal, holy fuck, and there we were slagging off camogie goalies!

“A great finish, great composure” by Tee McCann says Dessie.

By eh, you know, fixing it?

Seems like it could be interesting based on the ad. Think its more of a documentary piece rather than the usual magazine show

Wonder will Brolley eat some humble pie in his next article. 1-21 hardly ultra defensive

That wouldn’t be fair on Carlow in the event that they won. Carlow can play Offaly and Westmeath.

What’s the hurry about making this draw? That round of fixtures is not on until 1 July.

Disappointed not to get to hear Mattie Donnelly’s considered thoughts on collecting his MOTM award.

One of the things I always notice about matches at Clones is that players kick the ball much higher when they’re shooting for points than at other venues.

That’s due to the unique atmosphere there which means the ball travels further and higher than at other venues.

Tyrone still boycotting RTE. No presentation for MOTM

Ah shit. I was looking forward to Marty having a boring, pointless chat with Dan Shanahan.

What was the origins of that boycott again? Something to do with Brian Carty?

Drogheda is a grand and quaint ground.

Nice to see that Quinn cunt getting clipped.

Who cares? The less of the cunts on telly, the better.
