The Saturday/Sunday Game Thread

She’s a breath of fresh air. The best analyst RTÉ have had in a while.

Fair play Duignan spot on.

Michael Duignan’s 83-year old father is a savage hurling man and Michael thinks it’s a disgrace he couldn’t watch Waterford-Kilkenny on free to air television.

Yeah not bad. Don’t really agree with her and Duignan about Gleeson though. Apart from the, admittedly sensational, scores I thought he wasn’t in the game half enough considering his talent. If McGrath can figure out how to get him on the ball another 10 or 12 times a game they could do wreck

Did you have pleasant day yesterday, mate? Who would you like to face next week?

I think Mags had an off night last week but the Galway Girl knew her onions .

Duignan

You had a cut at him last night for not contributing after the 50th minute.

What’s he saying, mate?

Mags was a bit scary last week

A fucking double headshot

Taking the RTE company line over last night’s match not being free to air.

Duignan having a cut off Sky and the Dublin county board. Fair fucks.

He also said nobody has more respect for officials than Cody. :joy::joy:

The Biffo is hopping off the ground tonight. They should keep him round for the football. Obviously he’s seething that his father couldn’t watch the match, and that his son wouldn’t buy him a Sky package

What did Duignan say ?

An observation more than a cut. Was I wrong? I watched it in the pub so more than willing to reconsider

Had a right go off the GAA and Sky over why the match last night wasn’t free to air

I set up an iPad loaded with sky go for an 89 year old man last night. A savage GAA man. He was very impressed with the quality of the picture though I am reliably informed that it came very close to being fucked out the window when Maurice missed that last minute free.

Sky coverage makes a nice change from RTE an odd time.

Did duignan quote the rule like Spillane or did he just deal with it in the normal manner?..

He scored a wonder point on 59 minutes and played a pass for the ages for Jamie Barron’s crucial goal in the first half of et. Cognitive bias on your part Id say. On the other hand the ponderous Robert Lennon got the better of himin the air in et.
