The Saturday/Sunday Game Thread

I thought it was a nice thought. Clubs get fuck all recognition as it is on final day.

I remember a time when a players club was important in lineup of teams pre games.

No, he said the jersey was a nice touch. He never mentioned anything about them meeting the President.

You’re all over the fucking shop today.

All fine and even dandy but such carry on doesn’t win all Irelands .

Aussie does his own thing.

Long time since they got s rub of polish.

Burke is well oiled. :clap::clap::clap:

And who was wearing the jerseys ? :rollseyes:

Gleeson?? Is it his own ££€ this time?

Full of stout and got a slap I’d say

Children. Cummins applauded the highlighting of the Club, he mentioned nothing about them meeting the President. You made a stupid post, not your first today though eh.

I get the distinct impression it wouldn’t have been the first time.

And it was done appallingly.

Pauric Mahony was very good today.

Thought it was a great idea, particularly as the perceived gap between intercounty and club grows. Didn’t help that our Uachtarán is smaller than most of the children standing in front of the players he was meant to be greeting.

Some job picking half back line and midfield in fairness. TdB, Mannion, Coleman and Pawrick Marr all worthy of all stars this year imo. Mcinerney is 6 and my hurler of the year although Joe will undoubtedly and undeservedly get that award. David Burke probably got himself an all star today in an otherwise patchy summer for him, reminded me of Tommy Dunne in 01 who had an outstanding final for Tipp in 01 as captain from midfield.
