The School, College & University Competitions Thread (another thread gone west)

Cesar is raw to say the least

UL looked disjointed at times in the SF and were even worse again today.

MIC went at Coughlin towards the end and had him figured out.

Ryan hit good ball forward down the stretch.

Lack of subs from UL was puzzling.

Delighted for Jamie Wall. They seem to be a very well drilled, tight-knit outfit.

No easy task winning that competition with their resources compared to the likes of UCC, UG and UL. 0

Wonder does Larry have another blooper in him?

Might be doing Arts?

He nailed it. Hon Larry :ronnyroar:

Moving Shane O Brien out the field was a great stroke. Was getting little change inside.

What Bridge is he on about

Thirty lads put in serious work, and the panel of 35. Who are the 5 lazy fuckers I wonder

Hopefully Jamie will have a Simpsons reference to round it off.

Yeah, they needed to make the change just to get him involved and he won a few balls. They had to dig in for it.

Hogan, Caesar, Fanning were all strong again. Gillane was very influential, big save in the second half.

Fitzgerald & FOC were probably best for UL but they did look disjointed.

6 years of college for Gillane

A lot of the MIC lads beat UL in freshers last year. Was a good building block.

The UL goalie from Kilmallock is cat

Not quite Noel Connors numbers for WIT yet

I think Mouse Kavanagh and Fergus Flynn have that wrapped up

The limericks won’t allow that - they seem to love the tubby lad and rave about his hands. He was the fattest county minor i ever saw when he was playing in 2019

Back to the future

Still good enough to win a Munster medal though.

Would you ever F off. Hes an excellent keeper but not as good as Gillane. Has a nice a pair of hands as you’ll see, if everyone stopped playing this rubby league type hurling he’d be even more effective.

Dan has a bad record when it comes to talking down Limerick underage players
