Maybe if they had a plan ready, but they don’t. 3255 is the official DMR total for uniform members. Scratch 255 easy off that. Maybe 600 avl members per unit, two of which are resting today. Best case I’d say is maybe 1000 members on call, and if there’s a quarter of that properly public order trained for this type of event I’d be amazed. Shows how fragile it can be
