I was walking from Tara st direction last week to abbey st direction. Went across a pedestrian bridge or a bridge with a pedestrian section just before you get to Abbey theatre. A lot of drunk fellas hanging around there. Some acting aggressively. Some foreign lads out of their skulls shaping up to each other but drinking with each other. You got the vibe that it could kick off at any moment.
Sounds like the Rosie Hackett bridge which the Luas uses, always loads of dodgy foreign types sitting on the benches there.
