Some lovely football in there and that team were class but barely one of those goals would make the top ten in more recent years. Barnes and Beardsley were some combo.
Both pretty average in europe and for england
And above average in England so it evens out
That Peter Beardsley goal is eerily similar to the one scored by Michael Thomas at the Anfield Road end the following season.

My reading from that interview is that the focus is on the current squad which Slot seems more than happy with - I doubt that there will be any significant incomings this summer.
