Went to see MBV in Manchester. After the 10 minute ā€œholocaust sectionā€ they departed the stage. We asked a security man if theyā€™d be returning. He looked at us as though we were mad and replied in the broadest Mancunian accent imaginable ā€œI fooking hope not!ā€. Made my night.

Anyhow, if anyone posts a finer modren song than this today Iā€™ll be aghast. A sumptious piece of work.
