Stuart Bingham has a son Che/Shay. Be interesting to find out the spelling but I suspect it’s the former given his membership of Amnesty International.

Didn’t Ken Doherty beat Bingham in the first round last year?

Anyway - fair play to him. He played great stuff throughout the whole tournament and knocked out O’Sullivan, Trump and Murphy over long matches. Worty winner.

Hope he makes a few quid out of it now. He has won about 1.3million in 20 years as a pro. Not huge money really.

Beat Graeme Dott as well. Doubt there’s been too many winners over the years who have beaten 3 former champions en route to winning it.
