English fans id say, don’t think any Irish would be thick enough. They love a good long queue in England. You’d want to be hard up to save a few bob on a pint to queue an hour outside in the cold and rain for a free one, risking being stabbed by a junkie on the streets of Dublin.

Always thought he was a good trainer though. Like a lesser Peter Chapel-Hyam. Lads with City connections never seem to work out.
I’d have him over a lot of lads around still. The sprinter that dead heated today for the Charltons under Moore is a group 1 horse I’d say… anywhere else. Moore had to strangle it as the horse hadn’t a clue

Savage couple of days ahead, I was kind of to and fro about clearing Jan and Feb and putting all the good races here but it could rival Cheltenham eventually which is what Irish racing should be aiming for

Starting Fifteen a big price too but I suspect they might be happy enough not to go all out to pick up a place in that quality field. I’ll probably meet connections in the morning and suss them out.

I think ballyfad is a proper horse. Gordon will have known by December how good his novice hurdlers are and he still put this lad over sticks. It’s telling imo.

Yeah he could get one ready if given the ammo. Downfall prob started falling in with the Phoenix Bloodstock crew who were swerving huge money laundering charges.
I had an in there for a while in his stable who would give heads up on Noseda gamble but also anything else heard on Newmarket gallops. By the time they came back, the money was usually down so frequently a short price but won more often than not.
