Ya it’s a massive price discrepancy. As mentioned last night my only concern is they may not necessarily want a huge run here. He probably won’t be good enough to win but could end up hiked a nice few pounds. They had mentioned looking at some of the big novice handicaps. They entered him in England to see what mark he’d get and got 130, they would possibly be happy enough with that and a spin around today to see where they measure up. He’s a half brother to a Triumph hurdle winner.
He is one to beat on this ground, stable much better form than over xmas. Fair price
Safer jumper on this ground too you’d hope?
Met Sam Ewing last night. He was raving about talk the talk
You have to jump well to win these grade 1s over the minimum.
Serious word around for Shoda last night aswell but O Brien said she’s not dependable. Fergal O Briens has the best form but drifting hard.
You’d have to think Cousin Kate ticks a lot of boxes.
Progressive, decent claimer, will go on the ground
Think that County Final whose running tomorrow should surely win for Eric MC, probably be fav mind. Should really have won at Limerick over Christmas, traded 3s on I think
Now that’s a super start.
Was a bit late in and was close to backing her at 4/1 on the phone, decided to head to the ring and got 13/2.
Come racing.
It’s always good to see your Irish national fancy win a grade one
The neptune form looks vastly overrated now.
Ballyfad looks a proper horse. Can do it every way
Oh, lost it on the nod.
There is rail going every direction, horse slipping on bends and it’s going to be total carnage for the bigger field handicaps.
I think we’ll see non runners from now on.
Winner is very good and will be much better on a decent surface. 2 good horses
I’m gutted but Ballyfad surely a two and a half miler. I was sure we were up.
