1.50 Haydock - Paul Nicholl’s Black Thunder has been crying out for a step up in trip, which he gets today. He was a fast finishing second over 2m 4f at this track back in November. That was on a 5 pound lower mark, and the race has worked out well. I think there is more to come over today’s 3m trip. At 16-1, he is the nap.
