Oh well :frowning:

I’ve backed Murtaghs 3 again in the Curragh today. Have also backed Farrells Fancy e/w in the 5.10 in Listowel. Been off the track since January so will need the run but still stands out for me.

outstanding

Heavy rain over night an issue @Mac ?

The Arc is one of the greatest AP races there is and I’ve decided the Jap horse Kizuna wins. Has improved on every race he’s run culminating in a serious win the Jap derby(back in May) and is being kept fresh for this which is where a lot of the Jap horses have fucked themselves up before, Kizuna however will be ridden by Take(as he has in all his races so far) easily the greatest Jap jockey of them all. The Japs been knocking on Longchamps door for long enough, it’s only a matter of time and with this one by Deep Impact there’s clearly an Arc legacy there, not to mention a point to prove for the Japs. For me there is nothing special he has to beat this year and the biggest threat may come from compatriot Orferve who was not good enough to beat Solemina last year so can be taken on again this time imho. Afaik Kizuna preps in the Prix Neil in a couple of weeks and will be strolling around just to get the feel of it so wouldn’t over analyze that much either way. Even so I doubt very much he’ll be available at 16s after it but the value is there now and that is a price that is more than fair.

Advised, Kizuna 16/1, Arc[/quote]
This one now into 7/1 now after beating Epsom Derby winner Ruler of the World in the Prix Niel today. The Arc is shaping up nicely for the Japs with Orfevre winning the Prix Foy. That one is now 4/1 fav

Cleaned up here mate, nice one:clap:

Galway girls a goal up with about 10 to play

He was lucky to hold on. Another 50 yards and ROTW had him. Good call though. Am on him at 16’s or 14’s too.

Good man laz. I took this advice a while ago.

They’ll both improve a ton for this Mac, thought Kizuna travelled the sweetest all way round. wouldn’t be surprised to them fight out the finish next either

Ponmeoath was retired after racing today in Listowel. He ran at 10 consecutive Listowel festivals, with a record of 3 2nd’s and 2 Kerry National wins. You can’t ask for much more than that for a horse.

Also what a week it’s been for west limerick man Chris Hayes too with his first group 1 win last weekend, followed up by winning the Leger today.

@thedancingbaby best of luck tomorrow. If i tip him up will the voice follow my lead? :stuck_out_tongue:

he could well win that race

Agreed, I’ve backed him at 9/2 this evening as I’d have him shorter. Call me bubbles was fairly shit in Leopardstown but that may have just been a pipe opener.
