Some relationship episode yesterday:
Myles + Kirsty back together after she rejected Tray/Dray again.
Then Leah and Roman getting it on - very bad skin day from Leah.
And then the boat scene with Joey and Charlie. Was that a re-written scene or was the cut scene not supposed to have happened yet? Preposterous dancing from Joey on the boat anyway. The cut of her yesterday was a shambles. She’d be lucky to score Rachel looking like that.

That’s a fooking dinger of a picture. Now, I’m just gonna watch today’s episode to see if there’s any snatch on snatch action. Yer wan Joey’s always dressed frumpily alright. I thought they were trying to portray how short of cash she was given she’s jobless. But then she went and rented Alf’s boat for the day and bought a huge picnic hamper in the diner. Something doesn’t add up here.

Wowee. Fairly run of the mill episode with an ending of not-to-be-missed drama.
One can get a tad disillusioned with Home and Away sometimes and then, bang!, it delivers in spades.
charlie fairly turns up the sluty card this week, shes reason enough to tune in.
Home & Away producer defends plot
‘Home and Away’ series producer Cameron Welsh has spoken out in defence of the soap’s current lesbian plot.
The romance between Charlie Buckton (Esther Anderson) and Joey Collins (Kate Bell) has sparked furious debate in Australia with conservative and family groups clashing with gay rights activists.
Speaking to TV Soap magazine, 'Home and Away’s Welsh said: "The idea of this show has always been that we hold a mirror to society - and when society changes, we change with it.
Advertisement"What’s ahead in Home and Away is right not only for the series, but also for the times we are living in."
Actress Anderson also defended the controversial plot, saying: "I feel it’s time for us to be telling this story. It’s really important for us to reflect society, and this storyline is what is going on for many people in real life.
“I didn’t think it would be so shocking, but I’m glad we are now exploring what a gay relationship is. I look forward to the time when they (Charlie and Joey) become just another couple in the town’s population.”
