I’m in beyond my early 30s, recently married with dependents, extremely busy as an international business man and, like yourself, trying to stay on top of my health with a rigorous weekly fitness regime.
You will not, however, hear me cribbing over any of these things should I suffer two losses on the bounce. Man up and get on with it.
Look it, I love the game and I’ve made great friendships through my involvement in TFKNFLFFL and met super people along the way but it’s very tough, time consuming and a huge commitment. The NFL are raking in the cash and us players are seeing none of it.
I also find having to talk to real people a real hindrance too.
I’ve started 0 & 2 this year - its not looking good but The Bunch will keep the up the fight.

I was worried after the ‘bench-gate’ incident last season but this is a much more worrying development altogether. At least you could blame last year on missing the draft due to travel commitments (I think).

NFLFF is played by men of all ages, mate…I’d say more chaps in their 40s play it than 30s but that’s irrelevant… If you’ve watched the highly factual sitcom, The League, you will know that there are only winners and losers in NFLFF, age doesn’t come into shit. You’re acting like a fanny because your new found love doesn’t like you on your phone on Sundays… It’s time you told her what’s what and sorted your shit out instead of gee-bagging around here. Actually I did miss the draft last season because that prick @Gman wouldn’t allow for the fact I was on a flight. He couldn’t even look beyond his own selfish interests to see this was a man about to have a life saving hip operation being treated to a weekend away by his good lady. I gave him several alternative draft dates but he got his wish - a former champion and real threat was relegated to this absolute shithole league. Now it’s just too much hassle for amateur players to commit fully to TFKNFLFFL, especially at this Tommy Murphy Cup level.
