I will miss the Segunda, Despite not posting a lot I enjoyed the banter. I had no real reason to post though. When you win 10 games in a row you dont have much to be bitching about. As the last 24 hours have shown I can bitch when i want to.
Yesterday I faced the prospect of being promoted to a division with zero banter and less fun. In the face of such an appalling vista I panicked and made a dreadful error of judgement. My actions were contrary to the ethos of the Segunda brand and I apologise unreservedly to the commissioner and my fellow comrades in the Segunda.
I now must take my punishment like a man and go down to the Turds and attempt to rehab my battered image.
I now offer myself up to the alter of Segunda justice. I am willing to go down to the Turds but Bob has asked me to consider his eleventh hour proposal whereby I pick a kicker and D with my first two picks next year. After all that man has done to build up this great league the least I can do is accept his proposal.
My fate is now in your hands.
Finally I’d like to give a heartfelt thank you to my comrades who have stood by me in my darkest hour, your support will never be forgotten and has touched me in ways I never thought possible.
