I wouldnt be handing the trophy to Murray just yet. His half of the draw has all the top players in it like Nishikori, Wawrinka and Federer. Not so much Federer, I don’t think he will make it past the quarters.
Nadal on the other hand has the weakest half of the draw with a load of gutless french playes, Raonic and Dimitrov. You would expect Nadal to beat most of those.

Dan Evans two sets up on Tomic.
Hope Evans gets the win. He is rubbing Nikes nose in it. They didn’t renew his contract for 2017. I dont think Uniqlo will be calling him up after his comments.

Evans beats Tomic. 3 close sets. Some run he is on. Wins a tournament in Sydney last week and beating 2 seeded players in the Australian Open.
Federer has taken first set 6-2 and as I type breaks in first game of the 2nd. He’s playing really well here. Federer and Nadal both playing so well after an injury plagued few years makes it interesting.
Federer take the 2nd set 6-4 and breaks in the opening game of the 3rd set.
6-2 6-4 6-4 win for the Great Man.

I knew Brydech would never beat Federer. Out of the 20 or something matches they have played Brydech has won 6 times. Tougher tests coming up for him.
Berdych had beaten Federer in their last two Grand Slam meetings before today at the US Open in 2012 and the Championship in 2010. In the meeting before that at the Australian Open in 2009, Federer had to come from two sets down to win.
Its Nishikori next, they’ve never met before in a Grand Slam. Sir Andrew will surely await the winner in the Quarter Final.

Nadal has lost the first set to Alexander Zverev. Nadal looks to have bulked up since the last time I saw him playing.
