TFK update…
The Irish Travellers pilgrimage to Lourdes starts this week. I met their chaplin - a lovely harmless priest from Birr who told me he was “looking forward to it”. The Munster Bar already undergoing “temporary renovations”…
An hour later as we were cosily seated eating ice creams a mild traffic altercation occurred.
In a flash a bucko hopped out of a white Hiace and with the aid of a vice-grips whipped the valves out 2 of the tyres of the “offending” Citroen C5 before hopping back aboard and merrily tipping off.
