There’s excellent Glenstal cheddar in Aldi at the moment, as sharp a cheddar as you’ll get anywhere

The Newmarket 12 months matured red cheddar is also lovely. And they have a 12 months Ballineen white cheddar which is not as good.

I had Toonsbridge cheddar as part of a substantial meal in a pub two weeks ago. It was off the chain. Hoping the cark alliance will circle back and back this view up.
