Thats not what i saw.
Haven & Vincents are particularly mobile though.

Castlebar ran the arse off St. Brigid’s and Dr. Crokes two years ago. Beat Corofin too and gave a decent enough account of themselves in the final too in spite of losing Feeney very early. They’re one of the top four or five contenders in the country.
Scotstown have been building into a serious team for the last few years. Get through the Monaghan final and we’ll have Slaughtneil in Clones. Win that and we can beat anyone.
+1 Durcan was superb from half back.
Ah come on Kev, Clonmel to win Munster?
Tipp teams have been beaten in the first round of the Munster club each year since 2006 which was the last time their champions have won a match. They’ll be filleted against the Cork or Kerry champions and won’t fare any better against the Clare or Waterford winners. Only chance they have is beating the winners in Limerick but that is doubtful if Drom/Broadford come through.
Not like ye two to disagree.
Na Piarsaigh are a lock to win the Munster hurling. Won’t be beaten. And are probably certain to win the All Ireland as well.
A value bet, nothing more.
They have decent players, tipp football has confidence and there are no stand out teams.
Castlehaven are hard to read, they could take iff and fullfill their talent and become a challenger to the likes of Vincents or then could win it and break up after that. The effort to play for Castlehaven is huge for alot of those lads and the miles are clocking up. Nemo are no great shakes at all.
Kerry champs as i suggested will be weakened by something.
They’ll have it all to do to beat Moyle Rovers in the Co Final, Kev.
Going by their sluggish showings so far this year sixmilebridge will have a decent chance of beating them.
They have a strong unit. Limericks top tier is handy enough now,3/4 very good sides.
Should win Munster alright.like them at 12.0, like OLG as well at 17.0, crazy havin them that long and Gort favourites and Thurles Sars. Must have put money on themselves.
Ya i realise that but now is the time to bet on MC as once they win the price drops.
Right now you could throw down a few tenners and cover easily enough. Some teams are more equiped for provincials than others.
First time winners rarely win out. Nice footballing sides rarely win out.
I know where you are coming from as regards Commercials, but as proven in the South Final their younger players while very skillful could not live with Kilsheelan’s physicality. I would fear for them if they did get out of Tipp.
Informative rating
They will beat SMB by 3 points.
Munster clubs have a very shit record in recent years.
1996 is the last time they won one.
It’s not a value bet when it has almost zero chance of coming in. They’re 9/1, i wouldn’t back them at 25/1. If they were offered at 66/1 i wouldn’t back them either but could see your rationale then in calling them value, because their chance is likely greater than the quoted odds. At 9/1 they are absolutely not value in any way shape or form. They have not even got out of Tipp yet.
Correct. This is invariably due to most teams walking their collective Co Championships.
I wouldn’t put a €5 e/w on them at a 1000/1. I may be a successful businessman but I’m not a fucking idiot.
6 final defeats is hardly shit.
Club championships are far more difficult to win in Cork & Kerry bar say Dublin and at a stretch Mayo.
Give over, look at the success of Derry clubs for instance.
When was the last Cork club outside of Nemo to win a Munster?
