Anyone with half a brain can see that this case is politically motivated, and that the courts can be hijacked in order to go after a political rival. Most sensible people can see the wider issues and implications of allowing the rule of law to be set aside or comandeered by one party. Would you be happy enough to allow trump the opportunity to follow this precedent, should be win the next election?
