The waxing lyrical about the issues with the Mayo Footballing Psyche Thread

My criticism of AOS and COC is valid.

You’re consistent. It’s admirable.

O’Shea certainly stepped up yesterday tbf

He did. But it was against a limited Galway side that ran out of everything after 40 minutes. For a key player, that’s his job. He needs to do it against Dublin. Win hard ball. Distribute. Go in FF and cause mayhem. Out midfield and boss Fenton. Kick a few scores. Create. Smash Johnny Cooper. Any of the above would be any improvement on his previous showings.

Shane Walsh needs a bit of the filth coc has…

100%. He’s got a football brain few are blessed with, and pace to match it; a rare combination. His takeoff for comers goal… pure class.

O’Hora gave him what O’Hora needed to give him to quieten him. If Walsh was a bit rougher and tougher that wouldn’t have happened. O’Connor learned that early and it serves him well.

Some kind of Seven Sorrows radio doc on RTE1 now

I thought it was a runners-up medal rather than a wooden spoon that Joe Kernan smashed against the wall😂

It was a runners up plaque

Any sign of @Liqourice_Pipes these days?
