A mighty day in store.

The kind of a Sunday where the sun beating down leads to a roasting for a roaster and a beet face of a Monday.

Jayses if twas normal times , the tinfoil would be out with flasks of tae and the straw hats

You’d have the fry ate and the papers read and be hopping around waiting as Josie can’t leave til after he goes to mass and there’s a lad in today from a different parish who’s not a hurling man and takes fucking ages.

Shur I’m caught between a rock and a hard place living in ballyragget. I cant remember what year it was but twas mission Sunday and we had a lad in from Zimbabwe. Not two fucks did he give about a 3.30 throw in at the Gaelic grounds. Mass started at 10am. At 11.15 he was still drivelling on . I said “fuck this” and off I went. Luckily I was at the back of the church

Meat mafia at the Wrens Nest will be off the chain today

I couldn’t have a nicer job for the next couple of days. Rosslare and Wexford tomorrow, then off to Tramore and Dungarvan on Tuesday

I’ve a paddle board but need to get life jackets for the kids this week. Would I be as well to get whatever they have in Decathlon or any Irish shop recommended

I got sunstroke out on the bike. Felt dreadful all day. Pint or two planned now
