🌬 The Weather Thread part 2

I had a lovey walk earlier out by Oughterard. I haven’t felt so close to God in years. How long more will this heatwave be a thing?

Still looking like it will breakdown after Sunday

The weather has been absolutely outstanding. The fellas coming home to Ireland on their holibobs owe you a pint

Was out in the local earlier. it was actually fairly subdued for a Saturday night in August. Reckon punters were just wrecked from being out in the sun all day. The same spot is usually hopping during normal weather conditions. We’re just not built for being roasted.

I’d say if you go out again tonight you might feel more of that Saturday night buzz.

I cleaned out a couple of sheds for an hour this morning before retiring for the day due to heat exhaustion.

The lawn is parched, the cows aren’t milking enough etc etc.

Flaggy Shore today at half one, the sweat was pissing out of me, told mrs tassotti I was going for a walk and headed into Linannes for a few fast pints and then had a lovely dip and fell asleep on the shore like a roaster

Clean a whistle apart from the odd bucket of slop.

Donie’s bucket.

Some savage lightning to around South Galway, North Tipp and Offaly at the moment

You watching Lightning Radar?

There’s no lightning in south Galway.

Any rain?
